OUR CLASSES

WE OFFER A RANGE OF CLASSES FOR WOMEN. CHECK OUT WHICH ONE MEETS YOUR NEEDS.

1. BUGGY BOOTCAMP

A class specifically for mums with children. Babies and Toddlers are welcome at these sessions, although must remain under your supervision during the class. The sessions run outdoors in Fortune Green park and take place every Thursday unless it’s raining. Both our instructors are qualified in pre and post natal exercise so can tailor the exercises to help you get a great workout whatever stage you are at.

 

The sessions include a warm up and then a cardio session following by strengthening and toning exercises with a focus on restoring core strength.

 

Please ensure you have had your 6 week check before beginning any exercise sessions. If you have had a C-Section, we recommend you wait  10-12 weeks before beginning our classes.

 

We recommend you check our facebook page each week to make sure the class is running.

 

 

 

2. WOMEN ONLY FITNESS CLASS

 

We run a weekly fitness session for women only, in conjunction with Camden Active Communities. At only £2 per session it is a very low cost way to get into exercise, with all levels catered for, from beginners to more hard core exercisers. Babies under 6 months old are also welcome to come along.

 

This session is great fun, and runs at Sidings Community Centre, Brassey Road, West Hampstead NW6 2BA. Booking is essential. Please see their website for more details.

3. PERSONAL TRAINING

 

 

We also offer individual Personal Training sessions. Personal Training is a great way to help you achieve your exercise goals, whether these are simply to start exercising, or to reach a particular clear goal.

 

We can cater to all levels from complete beginners to more advanced exercisers. Whether you have never exercised before, or you are in Training for an event, wanting to get in shape for an upcoming event such as a wedding, or you have a particular goal, we can help. We will meet you for an initial no obligation one hour consultation where we discuss your goals and reasons for wanting a Personal Trainer. We can then put together a bespoke plan to help you reach your goals, in a fun and motivational way.

We meet every week at a location convenient to you (your home or a local park for example) and we guide you through the exercises that will help you get stronger, fitter and more energised.

 

Our ethos is all about helping women get the most from their precious time spent exercising. We know it’s hard, but Personal Training may be a great way for you to achieve the results you want.

 

4. SMALL GROUP TRAINING

 

 

If the idea of Personal Training fills you with dread, and we don’t have a session in the timetable that suits you, why not try Small Group Training. Working out with a partner or a small group of friends can be a really fun and motivational way to exercise, as you encourage each other along the way. If you have a couple of friends who have similar goals then we can easily set up a session for you at a time and location that is convenient to you. Just get in touch!

 

5. SPORTS MASSAGE / PRE-POST NATAL MASSAGE

 

Whether you’re an athlete, someone suffering from pain or tense muscles, or you’re expecting a baby, massage can be a fantastic way to improve performance, recover or simply provide some much needed relaxation.
